Please review these Terms carefully before creating an account, subscribing to a payment plan, or using any Umrah Subscription service.

§

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between the individual accepting these Terms (“Customer,” “Subscriber,” “Traveler,” “you,” or “your”) and Majmua LLC, a Texas company doing business through the customer-facing program known as Umrah Subscription (“Majmua,” “Umrah Subscription,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Umrah Subscription website, creating an account, using the calculator, selecting a package, submitting traveler information, making a payment, authorizing recurring payments, or clicking a button stating “Agree,” “Subscribe,” “Start My Plan,” “Complete Payment,” or similar wording, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read these Terms;
2. You understand these Terms;
3. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
4. You are at least eighteen years old;
5. You are legally authorized to enter into this agreement;
6. You are authorized to act for every traveler included in the booking; and
7. You accept the payment, cancellation, non-refundable booking, travel-credit, transfer, and chargeback provisions contained in these Terms.

Do not use the platform or submit payment if you do not agree to these Terms.

04

Umrah Subscription enables eligible Customers to plan and pay toward an Umrah Package through a structured payment schedule.

Depending on the Package selected, services may include:

  • Airfare;
  • Hotel accommodation in Makkah, Hotel accommodation in Madinah;

05

5. PACKAGE SUMMARY AND CUSTOMER REVIEW

Before completing the first payment, the Customer must review the applicable Package summary. The Package summary may identify:

  • Package tier, Number of Travelers, Occupancy type, Total Package price;
  • Initial payment amount, Monthly payment amount, Payment frequency, Estimated payment duration;
  • Anticipated travel window, Included and Excluded services;
  • Estimated hotels or hotel categories, Airfare inclusion or exclusion;
  • Visa inclusion or exclusion, and Package-specific terms.

The Customer must immediately notify the Company of any error. If there is a conflict between general advertising and the Customer’s individualized Package summary, the individualized Package summary will control.

06

6. CALCULATOR AND ESTIMATED PAYMENT RESULTS

The Umrah Subscription calculator provides estimated payment-plan information based on selections made by the Customer including Package tier, Number of Travelers, Room occupancy, Monthly budget, Initial payment, Payment duration, Travel period, and Available pricing.

A calculator result is not a final ticket, hotel confirmation, visa approval, or guarantee of a particular travel date. The final contractual price and Payment Plan are those displayed and accepted during checkout or contained in the written Package confirmation.

07

7. TRAVELER INFORMATION

The Customer must provide complete and accurate information for each Traveler, including where requested:

  • First, middle, and last name (matching passport exactly);
  • Date of birth, Place of birth, Gender, Nationality, and Citizenship;
  • Passport number, issue date, expiration date, and country of issuance;
  • U.S. immigration or residency status (where applicable);
  • Residential address, telephone number, email, and emergency-contact information;
  • Medical or accessibility information relevant to travel.

The Company is not responsible for additional costs, missed travel, denied boarding, visa issues, reissuance fees, or other losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or late information provided by the Customer.

08

8. REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Each Traveler may be required to submit:

  • A completed traveler-information form;
  • A clear color scan of the passport information page;
  • A recent passport-style photograph with a white background;
  • Front and back copies of a U.S. Permanent Resident Card or valid U.S. visa (if applicable);
  • Emergency-contact details;
  • Birth, marriage, custody, or parental-consent documentation where applicable;
  • Vaccination or health documentation required at the time of travel.

Documents must be clear, complete, legible, unaltered, and current. The Customer must promptly correct any document deficiency flagged by the Company.

09

9. PASSPORT VALIDITY

Each Traveler must possess a passport that meets the entry, visa, airline, and validity requirements applicable at the time of travel. The Company may require a passport to remain valid for at least six months beyond the proposed travel date.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring passport validity, absence of damage, sufficient blank pages, and compliance with all transit-country requirements.

10

10. VISA ASSISTANCE

Depending on eligibility and Package, the Company may assist with Saudi tourist or Umrah visa applications. Visa decisions are made exclusively by relevant government authorities.

The Company does not guarantee visa approval, category, processing timeline, or entry into Saudi Arabia. Visa fees and government charges become non-refundable once processing begins, and visa delays/refusals do not entitle cash refunds.

11

11. HEALTH AND VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

Health, vaccination, medical, and entry requirements may change. The Customer is responsible for reviewing and complying with requirements in effect at travel time. The Customer should consult a healthcare professional regarding travel health suitability as the Company does not provide medical advice.

12

12. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By completing checkout, the Customer expressly authorizes Majmua, Umrah Subscription, and their payment processor to charge the selected payment method for initial payments, scheduled recurring payments, approved additional payments, upgrades, supplier price differences, rebooking fees, and visa/government charges.

13

13. MAJMUA PAYMENT DESCRIPTOR

The Customer expressly acknowledges that Umrah Subscription payments are processed through Majmua. Statement descriptors may display MAJMUA, MAJMUA.US, or MAJMUA TRAVEL. The Customer agrees not to initiate a billing dispute solely because the payment descriptor displays Majmua rather than Umrah Subscription.

14

14. RECURRING PAYMENT PLAN

The Customer agrees to the recurring payment amount and schedule accepted at checkout. Reminders may be sent before or after a scheduled payment, but failure to receive a reminder does not eliminate payment obligations.

15

15. REQUEST TO STOP FUTURE AUTOMATIC CHARGES

The Customer may request that future automatic charges be stopped by contacting official support. Stopping future charges does not create a cash-refund right, reverse prior payments, cancel the Booking automatically, or release the Customer from Confirmed Service costs.

16

16. MISSED, LATE OR FAILED PAYMENTS

If a scheduled payment is not successfully processed, the Company may retry payment, send reminders, request updated payment details, pause nonessential account features, stop travel-planning or visa processing, and adjust proposed travel dates.

17

17. ACCOUNT HOLD POLICY

The Company may place an Account on hold due to overdue payments, chargebacks, missing documents, fraud suspicion, or breach of Terms. While on hold, travel services will not be purchased, visas will not be submitted, and price quotes may expire.

18

18. PAYMENT MILESTONE AND BOOKING TIMELINE

Travel services are confirmed after Payment Milestones are reached, the Account is current, and documents are approved. For illustration, a 12-month plan subscriber may become eligible to travel between months 8 and 10. Travel is confirmed only when the Company provides written confirmation.

19

19. PREFERRED AND CONFIRMED TRAVEL DATES

Preferred travel dates are requests subject to airline/hotel availability, visa issuance, seasonal demand, and operational feasibility. The Company may propose alternative dates.

20

20. AIRLINES, HOTELS AND SUPPLIER SUBSTITUTIONS

Where reasonably necessary, the Company may substitute comparable airlines, flights, hotels, room categories, or travel dates. A reasonable substitution does not constitute cancellation or create a refund right.

21

21. CUSTOMER-REQUESTED CHANGES

Customer-requested changes (names, dates, hotels, flight routes) may incur rebooking costs, fare differences, supplier penalties, and processing fees. No change is effective until approved in writing.

22

22. NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING POLICY

ALL BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

This covers initial payments, recurring installments, visa fees, supplier commitments, and administrative costs. Personal hardship, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or visa delays do not entitle a cash refund.

23

23. CUSTOMER REQUEST TO DISCONTINUE TRAVEL

If a Customer discontinues travel, they may request: (A) Travel Credit for remaining value, (B) Booking Transfer to another person, or (C) Rescheduling to a future date. These remedies do not create cash-refund rights.

24

24. TRAVEL CREDIT POLICY

Approved Travel Credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and expires 24 months from approval unless stated otherwise. It may be applied toward future eligible Company services.

25

25. CALCULATION OF TRAVEL CREDIT

Travel Credit calculation excludes non-refundable airline/hotel fees, visa charges, payment processing costs, and documented administrative work.

26

26. BOOKING OR CREDIT TRANSFER

Bookings or Travel Credits may be transferred to an eligible person upon written approval. Transfers may be denied if tickets/visas are non-changeable, departure is too close, or account is delinquent.

27

27. PRICE DIFFERENCES AFTER TRANSFER OR RESCHEDULING

If a new package costs more than the Travel Credit, the Customer or new traveler must pay the difference. If it costs less, remaining credit stays valid until the original expiration date.

28

28. CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT-DISPUTE POLICY

Customers must contact the Company prior to filing billing disputes. Chargebacks should not be used for change of mind, non-refundable policies, or statement descriptor confusion regarding Majmua.

29

29. EFFECT OF A CHARGEBACK

Initiating a chargeback allows the Company to hold the Account, stop travel/visa processing, restrict dashboard access, freeze Travel Credit, and submit evidence to the bank.

30

30. FALSE OR ABUSIVE PAYMENT DISPUTES

Falsely claiming unauthorized charges or non-performance when services were authorized constitutes a material breach. The Company reserves the right to pursue contractual remedies.

31

31. REFUNDS REQUIRED BY LAW

Where a cash refund is mandated by applicable law, non-recoverable supplier costs and services already performed will be deducted prior to return.

32

32. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company is not liable for performance failures caused by war, government closures, Saudi regulatory shifts, epidemics, severe weather, or airline cancellations. Travel Credit or rescheduling will be offered where available.

33

33. CUSTOMER FAILURE OR INABILITY TO TRAVEL

No refunds are issued if a traveler cannot travel due to passport issues, visa refusals, missed flights, late arrivals, or personal decisions.

34

34. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for medical emergencies, delays, and cancellations. Insurance is not included unless explicitly stated in the Package summary.

35

35. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

Submitting fraudulent documents, harassing staff, attempting illegal platform access, or abusing payment systems will result in immediate account termination.

36

36. CUSTOMER DASHBOARD

The dashboard provides payment history, receipt downloads, document uploads, and travel updates. Temporary system updates do not eliminate payment duties.

37

37. ACCOUNT SECURITY

The Customer is responsible for keeping dashboard passwords secure and must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

38

38. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

The Customer consents to receive operational and transactional notices via email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, or dashboard notifications.

39

39. OFFICIAL CUSTOMER REQUESTS

Official communications regarding autopay, credits, or changes must be sent to: hello@umrahsubscription.com or phone 646-780-0118. Unofficial social media messages will not be recognized.

40

40. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Airlines, hotels, and transport companies act as independent suppliers. Customers agree to abide by all independent supplier rules and restrictions.

41

41. PRIVACY AND TRAVELER DOCUMENTS

Personal data and submitted documents are handled securely to facilitate travel bookings, visas, and payment processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

42

42. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, branding, website content, calculators, and dashboard code belong to Majmua LLC and may not be copied or repurposed.

43

43. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided on an "as available" basis without implied guarantees of visa approval, entry, or specific flight times beyond reasonable operational efforts.

44

44. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual net amount paid to and retained by the Company for the Booking.

45

45. CUSTOMER INDEMNIFICATION

The Customer agrees to hold harmless the Company against damages or losses arising from inaccurate data, illegal conduct, or breach of these Terms.

46

46. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

47

47. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Prior to legal action, parties agree to attempt good-faith informal dispute resolution by submitting a written notice of dispute.

48

48. SEVERABILITY

If any single provision is found unenforceable, all remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full legal force.

49

49. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any right or provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

50

50. ASSIGNMENT

Customers may not assign their contract without written consent. The Company may assign rights pursuant to corporate reorganizations or transfers.

51

51. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Company reserves the right to update Terms for future platform use. Active plan subscribers will be notified of material changes.

52

52. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, Package summary, checkout agreements, and Privacy Policy constitute the entire binding agreement between parties.

53

53. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

Digital acceptance during online checkout holds the same legal standing as a physical handwritten signature.

54

54. SPECIFIC CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

By completing checkout, the Customer specifically confirms understanding that payments go to Majmua LLC, bookings are non-refundable, travel credits hold no cash value, and visas/preferred travel dates cannot be guaranteed.
