Umrah Subscription is a program of Premio International LLC, a Texas company (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect on umrahsubscription.com and in your account dashboard, why we collect it, who sees it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you use the plan calculator: your choices (package, travelers, travel month or dates, payment length) and, if you enter them, your name, email, phone number and country. We also record which steps you used and the page you came from, so our team can help you.
- When you pay: your name and email. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure form and never reach our servers.
- In your account dashboard: your contact and emergency-contact details; for each traveler their name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport expiry; the documents you upload (passport photo page, passport-size photo, meningitis vaccination certificate); messages you send us; and travel confirmations we add for you.
- Technical data: an approximate network address (we remove the last part), browser and device type, an approximate country from your connection, and the pages you view in the calculator.
- Communication: messages in our live chat, contact form and WhatsApp conversations you start with us.
Why we use it
To prepare and deliver your Umrah (visa application, hotels, ground transport, help with flights), to take and track your monthly payments, to answer your questions, to keep accounts secure and prevent fraud, to send messages about your booking, and to improve the website. With your permission we also send announcements and offers; you can unsubscribe from those at any time and we will still send messages about your booking and payments. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
- Our team members, only the parts they need for their work. Passport numbers are hidden until revealed and every reveal and document access is recorded.
- Service providers that process data for us: Stripe (payments), Hostinger (hosting), Cloudflare (security and delivery), email delivery providers, and WhatsApp when you choose to message us.
- For your visa and travel arrangements, the airlines, hotels, transport providers and Saudi authorities that must receive traveler details.
- Analytics tools on the public site (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) only after you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of travelers.
How we protect it
Uploaded documents, traveler profiles and chat messages are stored encrypted. Files are kept in a private area and opened only through signed links by you or authorised team members. Team members sign in with a password, an emailed code and an authenticator app. We limit and log access. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect a problem.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded documents are deleted automatically 120 days after your trip date, unless we have told you otherwise.
- Traveler details, payment records and messages are kept while your plan is active and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require, then deleted.
- Website visitors who never gave us contact details are removed after about 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for certain purposes. Residents of the EU, UK, California and some other places have specific legal rights, and we honour these requests for everyone where we reasonably can. To make a request, use our data rights form or write to [email protected]. We confirm who you are before we act, using the email address on your account, and we respond within 30 days. When we delete your data we remove your documents, traveler profile, messages and enquiry records and, if you wish, your login account. Payment records held by Stripe are kept as the law requires.
You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your choices, and optional analytics cookies only with your consent. See the Cookie Policy, where you can change your choice at any time.
Children
Travelers under 18 are booked by a parent or guardian, who provides their details. We do not knowingly collect information from children for marketing.
International transfers
We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. For important changes we will also tell account holders by email.
